Description:
The Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service requests applications for the Hispanic-Serving Institutions Education Grants Program for fiscal year 2005.
The Hispanic-Serving Institutions Education Grants Program is a competitive grants program intended to: promote and strengthen the ability of Hispanic-Serving Institutions to carry out higher education programs in the food and agricultural sciences; attract outstanding students from underrepresented groups; and produce graduates capable of enhancing the Nation's food and agricultural scientific and professional work force.
